"I am the grandson of Charlie and Alice Stenger. I want to thank you all for the exceptional care you gave to my grandparents. For the last seven years, this facility has gone above and beyond the standard of care and my family is eternally grateful. There were the best grandparents in the world and I will deeply miss them, but knowing they were so well care for brings me closure. You all are a part of our family and I can't thank you enough."

"I would like to say thank you to each and every one of you for planning a special anniversary dinner for us. The meal was delicious and the sparkling cider and flower arrangement made the dinner even more special. The excellent care that you provide for Bob is very much appreciated. It speaks volumes for your organization that you would reach out to me so that Bob and I could be together on this special day."

"Our mother Alice Stenger, was a patient at Hanover Hall for seven years and passed away on January 29th. My dad, Charles Stenger, was recently a patient and passed away on July 4th. Over those seven years, my family spent many hours at Hanover Hall. Everyone there, the nurses, staff and social workers were so friendly and helpful. One of the nurses, Diane Magness, became like a family member to us, and I cannot tell you how helpful she was to both of my parents, always going the extra mile for them. Jodi Lyons was also so helpful to us and was so comforting to us during the sudden illness of my father, who passed away only five months after my mother. I'm sure people are quick to let you know when things go wrong, but I wanted to be sure to let you know what a great job your staff did and how much our family appreciates everything that was done to help us and our parents. Thank you, again, for making such a difficult time in our lives such a positive experience."
